Interviewing Tips from the Pros (Panel Forum)

 

Did you ever wish you could get inside the mind of the interviewer? Would you like to know what they look for? What aspects of interviewing have changed in this economy? Many companies insist that you initially go through the Human Resources Department. Therefore, it is essential to excel in this part of the hiring process. Plus, if you know how to compile information from the job description and from the interviews you are more likely to get the job offer.

 

Often candidates forget that it is a two way street. That is, it is vital to learn certain key aspects about the organization. For example, what is the culture? How does the direct supervisor like to work? What milestones are important to a promotion?

 

Join our expert panel on August 17 at Temple Chai as they discuss interviewing, accessing fit and what every candidate should want to know about an organization. Meet other SJN members from 8:30 AM-9:30 AM. The panel will be on hand from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM to share their insights and respond to your questions. The insights gained from this session will help you ace future interviews.
